Sophie and I kinda of had a hiccup since I was sick so we had to change our filming time last week. We did the best we can to do with the time given. And if you asked me I think we did a very good job. We went to the main actresses house to begin shooting our film. And to be honest it was harder then I thought, but in a good way. We got to see what we needed most of our time on and what angles were best for what we wanted to portray.
We really wanted to illustrate how the main actress is like any ordinary teenage girl. So what comes to mind to most people when they think about a teenage girl is : a clothes every where, make up, poster, and a TV. But we did not want to shove it in the audience face that this was a teenage girl. We needed to find a way to smoothly introduce the setting.
As we thought we finally agreed that a tracking shot of the actress with the alarm sounding in the back would be best.
Then we can have her looking at her self in the mirror while she changes clothes and put on makeup.
